Mortgage rates dropped… so why aren’t buyers rushing back into the market? 👀

The 30-year fixed rate is down to 6.65%, but pending home sales still fell 2.3% in July, hitting their lowest point since January.

And we’re seeing the slowdown locally too. Homes in Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee are taking roughly 79–82 days to sell, longer than this time last year.

What does that mean for you?

🏡 Sellers: Pricing correctly from the start matters more than ever. Buyers have options, and an overpriced home can quickly get passed by.

🔑 Buyers: This could be your opportunity. Lower rates PLUS more room to negotiate can create a much better buying position.
