The Stepp Team is so proud to be a sponsor of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Michigan’s Honors Night! ❤️

I am constantly amazed by the work the people at Goodwill do to help their participants build better lives.

One of my favorite things about volunteering at Goodwill is getting to know the participants. I don’t always know their stories or just how far they’ve come, but I get to see the smiles, the friendships, and the pride they take in what they do. And let me tell you, it’s a pretty special thing to be around!

Being even a tiny part of something that makes such a difference in people’s lives brings me so much joy.

Honors Night is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate these amazing individuals and all they’ve accomplished. I’m so thankful for the staff at Goodwill and the incredible work they do every day. ❤️

I was incredibly honored to present the Michigan Realtors® 2026 Good Neighbor Award today.

I’ve been fortunate to receive several awards throughout my real estate career, but being named the 2025 Michigan Realtors® Good Neighbor Award recipient will always be one of the most meaningful honors to me. This award represents something so much bigger than real estate—it recognizes REALTORS® who see a need in their communities and simply go to work.

Listening to the stories of this year’s nominees was incredibly inspiring. Each of them is making a difference in a completely different way, but they all have something in common: they give selflessly of their time and talents to help others.

And they don’t stop there. Their passion inspires the people around them to step up, get involved, and serve too.

Being in a room filled with people who are using their time, talents, and hearts to make their communities better was such a powerful reminder of the impact we can have when we choose to serve.

Congratulations to all of this year’s nominees. Your work matters, your communities are better because of you, and I was truly honored to celebrate you today. ❤️

This is such a wonderful addition to our community! 📚🍂

We love seeing new ways for families to get outside, spend time together, and encourage a love of reading. The new StoryWalk® at Mitchell Memorial Park in Raisin Township is such a fun idea — and we love that the stories will change throughout the year!

Another great reason to get out and explore everything our community has to offer. ❤️

Way to go Tecumseh District Library, Friends of the Tecumseh District Library, and Raisin Charter Township for making this happen! 👏📖

We’re pleased to announce a new StoryWalk® partnership with Raisin Charter Township! Our first story, The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn, is now on display along the path between the North and South Pavilions at Mitchell Memorial Park. The story will change several times a year.

Join us at the park at 10:30 on Wednesday, October 14, for a special storytime and official ribbon cutting, with c***r and donuts, weather permitting.

This project was made possible by funding from the Friends of the Tecumseh District Library and support from the Raisin Township DPW.

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier Vermont. Storywalk® is a registered service mark owned by the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
