No one wants to declare bankruptcy...Sometimes its near impossible to come up with the money to do so and when you do; you want the most bang for your hard to come by buck. You want an attorney who is knowledgeable, kind, caring, understanding, professional, knows his job inside and out, and will return your calls no matter how ridiculous your question may be because you are going through a traumatic time in your life .

If you are looking for that attorney then you need to contact Robert Bishop and his highly trained staff! They are more than my wife and I could have hoped for. He is the gold standard, the tip of the spear. He is everything I mentioned above and more. He answered every question. His staff waited on us hand and foot.

On the day of our teleconference hearing the system was behind about an hour. We were able to listen to other attorneys and their clients bumble their way through the process. Attorney Robert Bishop was completely prepared and the most professional of all the attorneys we listened to that day before our case. All of our ducks were in a row thanks to he and his great staff. I will always be impressed and thankful for his genuine caring and service. Hes not out to just make a buck; he genuinely loves what he does and it shows in his knowledge, professionalism, and care for his clients. Do I recommend him? He is the only one I would recommend.

They where straight forward honest and super friendly to me.
