We’re proud to share that Senior Member, Richard Leisner, recently co-authored an article with Stuart Cohn, Emeritus Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, titled “Raising Capital for Florida Start-Ups: A Primer on Federal and Florida Securities Laws.” The article appears in the July/August 2026 issue of The Florida Bar Journal.

Ending the year on a high note!

Our annual end-of-year toast was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our team and reflect on this year's accomplishments, including surpassing 100 attorneys, expanding our Sarasota presence through our combination with Norton Hammersley, strengthening our Intellectual Property Practice Group with the addition of Smith & Hopen, and many other exciting milestones.
