We are excited to announce that Stacey L. Hudon has joined our team, bringing more than 10 years of family law and litigation experience to the firm.

Stacey is a skilled and compassionate advocate who understands that every family law matter is unique. She is committed to ensuring her clients understand their rights, the legal process, and their options so they can make informed decisions about their families and their futures.

Throughout her career, Stacey has represented clients in a wide range of family law matters and has extensive courtroom and litigation experience. She is also a strong proponent of the collaborative divorce process and believes in resolving cases thoughtfully and efficiently whenever possible—while always being prepared to advocate fiercely for her clients when litigation is necessary.

🎉 ONE YEAR OF SCULLY | TORRES 🎉

One year ago, we took a leap of faith and opened the doors to Scully | Torres – Marital & Family Law.

What started as a vision for a different kind of family law firm has grown into something we are incredibly proud of — a firm built on experience, integrity, compassion, and fierce but thoughtful advocacy.

Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through some of the most difficult and important moments of their lives. We’ve grown our team, moved into our new office, expanded our involvement in the legal and Tampa Bay communities, and most importantly, continued building a firm that reflects exactly who we are and how we believe family law should be practiced.

To our clients who trusted us, our colleagues who supported and referred us, our families who cheered us on, and our amazing team who helped turn this vision into reality — thank you. We truly could not have done it without you.

Child support, but make it make sense.

What actually goes into the Florida child support calculation? Income, health insurance, childcare, number of children, timesharing… aka, it’s a little more complicated than “we split custody 50/50, so nobody pays.”

And no, child support isn’t about “paying your ex.” It’s about financially supporting your child.

Basically: Florida Statutes do the math. Your group chat does not.
