Client win story!!!!!!

In a landlord-tenant breach of contract case that began in April 2023, we represented a property management company on behalf of the owner and secured a final judgment in our client’s favor — including attorney’s fees.

When the defendant failed to pay, ignored court-ordered disclosures, and went unresponsive, we didn’t stop at the judgment. We pursued post-judgment discovery, depositions, and ultimately sought a contempt order.

Result: the defendant complied and our client was paid in full, including attorney’s fees.

Why this matters to landlords:
A judgment on paper doesn’t automatically mean money in your pocket. Enforcement is often where cases stall and where landlords are left frustrated and unpaid. Having a legal team that understands post-judgment enforcement makes the difference between winning and getting paid.

We don’t just get judgments. We stay in it until our clients are made whole.
