An empty room may look like a blank canvas in person. Online, it can make buyers stop and guess. 🏡
That is the frustration for many sellers: the home has good space, but the photos do not help buyers understand how the room could function.
Realistic virtual staging can give buyers a sense of scale, layout, and possibility. It works best when it supports honest marketing, is clearly disclosed, and is paired with strong photography. It should never hide a defect or misrepresent the home.
My practical rule is simple: use staging to answer a buyer's questions, not create new ones.
When you shop for a home online, does an empty room help you imagine the space, or make it harder?
