Vaporized gold is revolutionizing how we solve crimes!

Our Vacuum Metal Deposition Chamber can reveal fingerprints on clothes, bedsheets, and other porous materials that aren't suitable for traditional powder methods. The gold v***r adheres to amino acids and proteins left behind in invisible prints.

It can even develop prints on older evidence, making it incredibly useful for cold cases.

Justice just got a precious metal upgrade!

Things are different now.

The Florida Supreme Court’s ongoing efforts to improve and expedite the resolution of civil cases resulted in the adoption of a series of amendments to Florida’s court rules at the end of 2024.

As a result of the rules amendments, the chief judges in each of Florida’s 20 judicial circuits have issued administrative orders to provide guidance on the local practices for managing civil cases. For links to the case management administrative orders and related resources from the circuit courts, visit the Florida Courts website.

“The amendments created a framework for the active case management of civil cases with a focus on adhering to deadlines established early based on the complexity of the case, while providing room for customization by judicial circuit,” according to the Supreme Court’s opinion adopting the new rules.

“We think that the new rules will give better effect to the promise of the civil justice system, which, after all, is to… secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action,” Chief Justice Carlos Muñiz said in January.

Bad-faith cases involve questions about whether insurers have properly represented the interests of their policyholders, such as pursuing settlements.

This is the right thing to do.

The Pinellas County Stand Down Court takes place this Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the C.W. Bill Young Veterans Affairs Medical Center at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. in Bay Pines. Typically, veterans who appear at so-called stand downs are often homeless, and they’ve accrued debts after having been charged with minor crimes such as trespassing, driver’s license infractions and petit theft, or ordinance violations, such as drinking from an open container of alcohol. Often, by forgiving the money these veterans owe, judges at stand downs give veterans a fresh start, and, in some cases, the opportunity to get their driver’s licenses back. Anyone with outstanding court-ordered fees has a suspended license, but once those are paid or waived, the person can get their license back. See a copy of the flyer advertising the event below.
