🎉 OFFICIALLY CLOSED! 🔑🏡

This was probably one of the most stressful closings of my entire career—but we got it DONE!

My out-of-state buyers had been planning their move to Florida for over a year. We searched for homes in three different areas, worked through three lenders, survived a canceled contract, and received a very last-minute clear to close.

Thankfully, Sondra at The Brenda Wade Team, All American Title, and MDRN Insurance were absolute troopers. Everyone pulled together to get this family to the closing table!

I couldn’t be more excited to finally hand over the keys and officially welcome this amazing family home to Florida! 🌴☀️

Some closings are smooth…and some make you question your entire life. 😂 But seeing my clients holding those keys makes every stressful moment worth it! ❤️

Closing DONE this morning 🔑🏡 and now we’re hitting the road! 🚗💨

Next stop: Bradenton to check out a 55+ manufactured home community for my buyers in Nebraska! 🌴

Because when you’re buying a home from another state, pictures only tell you SO much.

You need someone who will actually:
🏡 Put their feet IN the house
👃 Put their nose IN the house — because yes, smells matter 😂
🎥 Walk the entire property and record videos
📲 Upload everything so you can see the layout and details
👀 Point out the things the listing photos conveniently don’t show you

And after Bradenton? I’m headed to Parrish to do the exact same thing for my Pennsylvania buyers!
