Camden Preserve offers Tampa Bayfront apartments in 1, 2, and 3-bed layouts. Our apartments have espresso cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, built-in microwaves, and quartz countertops. They also feature garden bathtubs and walk-in closets, plus full-size washer and dryers, and screened-in patios. Our 24-hour fitness center features cardio and weight-training equipment and the perfect spot for yoga. Any day is a good day to grill the perfect burger poolside on our propane grilling stations with granite countertops and high-top seating for you and your family. Inside our gated entry, there is a boardwalk out to Tampa Bay. Grab your kayak from the kayak storage rack and spend your day on the water. We are a pet-friendly community, welcoming dogs of all sizes. We have a dog park plus pet grooming station! Camden Preserve is 2.5 miles from Picnic Island Park waterfront dog park. Camden Preserve is in the heart of South Tampa, a short distance from downtown Tampa, Channelside, Harbor Island, Amalie Arena, the Tampa Bay Riverwalk, and just across the Gandy Bridge to St. Petersburg. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations). Camden residents can take advantage of an exclusive discount with CORT to rent furniture and accessories for your apartment home. Schedule an appointment and see for yourself.
