Good article...especially for Sellers. Yet it also provides Buyers with a realistic picture of how quickly the 'best' listings tend to go, even in slower markets.

Scroll through any active real estate listing today and you'll notice a strange split. Some homes go under contract within days, fielding multiple offers before most buyers even schedule a showing. Others sit for weeks with nothing but a few curious clicks. The gap between those two outcomes is rare...

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS STILL AVAILABLE...especially after the last price drop to $189,900! Had this been available last year when Ric and I bought our condo, I definitely would have pushed to buy it instead.

So happy to hear Governor Desantis is still pushing hard for relief for most Florida homeowners from these taxes - which he often refers to as 'perpetual rent'.

Looks like he just might have achieved the perfect balance of benefits to the most affected constituents to actually make a difference and get this previously 'watered down' proposal through. 🤞🏼🌴🏠💰🎉👏💪

This North Carolina 'Gem' IS NOW PENDING AFTER ONLY 7 DAYS ON THE MARKET. And I'm not the least bit surprised.

Regardless of the 'average' duration of a listing in any given Real Estate market, the ABSOLUTE BEST HOMES - AND BEST DEALS - DO NOT LAST.
