Seeking legal assistant/paralegal with experience in family law including:
1. Draft preparation of mandatory disclosure and financial affidavits;
2. Draft preparation of motions; and
3. Scheduling hearings, depositions, and other events.
**Must be fluent in English and Spanish.**
Position is full-time, Monday thru Friday, with a one hour lunch break. Job duties include case management - pleadings, discovery, etc.; drafting basic letters and pleadings; scheduling hearings and depositions; and client interaction.
