Sean McFadden joins as a partner and Chair of the Federal Employee Rights Practice Group. Sean represents federal employees nationwide in discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and adverse action matters before the EEOC, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Office of Special Counsel, and the federal courts.

Associates David Petrantoni and Megan M. Frain join our Franchise & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. David focuses on complex business and franchise litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, and fraud-related matters.
