Meet Sean McFadden, Partner and Chair of our Federal Employee Rights Practice Group.

Sean has built his career doing something many attorneys never attempt: representing people who work for the federal government in disputes with their own agencies. His practice spans discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower matters before the EEOC, the Merit Systems Protection Board, and the federal courts. His appellate work includes serving as primary drafter of petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court, among them Babb v. Wilkie, which clarified protections for federal workers.

A graduate of University of Texas School of Law and a proud Florida Gator, Sean brings a disciplined, focused approach to every matter he handles.

Associates David Petrantoni and Megan M. Frain join our Franchise & Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
