Our months of May and so far in June have been busy with Trials and hearings involving extremely complex, highly charged & unique issues that even left a few of the Judges on our cases scratching their heads, confused or unsure of what side to land on. They are human after all as well and making decisions on our clients whole lives. The Courts are making decisions that can impact your life forever. In a court that must use the same legal factors to determine what IS the best interest of your child in every single case - the ability to smartly, thoughtfully and passioantely present to the Court who your child is, what is unique about your family dynamic and why what is important to You as a parent Should matter.. and IS what your lawyer should be doing. ✨🤍
