Most of y’all are sending out NDAs that wouldn’t hold up in court 😬

Let’s be real—if you downloaded a free template off Google and slapped your business name on it, you’re probably not protected the way you think you are. Because every role in your business (freelancer, partner, contractor) needs different terms. And if you’re not locking in ownership of your IP? Whew. That’s a risk.

Oh—and don’t forget that NDAs aren’t enforceable the same way in every state. So if yours doesn’t follow your state’s rules, it’s just a cute little PDF with no teeth.

Listen… your peace of mind is worth more than a freebie.
