As a full shareholder at a firm with over 200 attorneys in Florida, Jennifer was a civil litigator for over a decade. She handled hundreds of mediations per year as a practicing attorney. Specifically, she managed all phases of litigation in high stakes premises liability, automobile, first party, and complex personal injury matters. tional corporate, retail, restaurant, lodging, and business clients on risk management and security matters. Feld developed a specialized practice in multi-party pre-suit litigation and claims handling. She was responsible for managing a team of 12, budgeting a substantial litigation caseload, assessing risk, and evaluating the likelihood of settlement. Jennifer is AV-Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell, which designates the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards an attorney can receive. Jennifer is an advocate in and out of the courtroom.
