It’s Starting to Look Like a Home Now

If you’ve been following this home’s progress, you’re going to notice a big difference at this stage.

The drywall is up, cabinets and countertops are in, and the tile work is underway. What used to be framing and open space now really looks like the rooms where everyday life will happen.

This is also the stage where I spend a lot of time walking the home with my clients, checking progress, and making sure the details continue to line up with what they planned from the beginning. After nearly 20 years helping buyers through the new construction process, I know how important these steps are as we get closer to the finish line.

I’ll keep sharing updates as we move toward the final walkthrough so you can see how everything turns out.
