Ms. Ammerman will be recognized for her service as an Attorney Ad Litem for Crossroads for Florida Kids. The ceremony will take place at the Chester H. Allen Dell, P.A. is seeking an experienced legal assistant to work with trusts and estates attorneys in sophisticated, high volume practice.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Detail oriented, organized, strong communication skills, dependable; self-starter, highly motivated.

Trusts and estates or transactional experience preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office software suite required.

Experience with Florida Courts efiling system required

DUTIES:

• Create, organize and maintain files including e-files;
• Establishing, maintain and keep all calendars up to date; monitoring court dates and case deadlines; recording and monitoring tax reporting deadlines; organizing client and attorney conferences and calls;
• Assist in production and transmission of client invoices;
• In person and telephone communication with clients
• Produce documents by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, electronic scanning, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Assisting with routine probate filings
• Routing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting cover letters and other routine correspondence;
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client/attorney information.
