A great opportunity to grow your community and learn from a mentor or mentee - come this Fall!

It's time again to register for The Florida Bar's Counsel to Counsel mentoring program! Since launching in 2023, the program has continued to grow, and organizers have goals to reach 800 participants this year! The program pairs compatible mentors and mentees based on their responses from a brief online survey.

Learn more about the program, designed to help both mentors and mentees grow and contribute to successful relationships, communities, and careers in the Bar News. 🔥

Yesterday, I was at the Voluntary Bar Leaders conference in Delray Beach. I spoke to a room full of dedicated bar members, officers, and staff about The Florida Bar, our structure, and the important work of voluntary bars as a voluntary bar alum myself. President-elect Greenlee joined me to discuss our experiences as involved bar members over the years. I loved connecting directly with all the attendees and hearing about the issues facing our voluntary bar members. Thank you for having me, Florida Voluntary Bars !

As we head into the Independence Day weekend, President Orr has some thoughts on our 250th anniversary, what Independence Day really means, the rule of law, and where Florida's lawyers fit into the puzzle. Read them in the Bar Journal and have a safe, fun 4th of July! ✨🎇
