It's time again to register for The Florida Bar's Counsel to Counsel mentoring program! Since launching in 2023, the program has continued to grow, and organizers have goals to reach 800 participants this year! The program pairs compatible mentors and mentees based on their responses from a brief online survey.

Starting off my second month as president with some of our local, voluntary bars, and finishing out the month with the Family Law Section at their annual retreat! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and connecting with some more of Florida's lawyers this month!

Yesterday, I was at the Voluntary Bar Leaders conference in Delray Beach. I spoke to a room full of dedicated bar members, officers, and staff about The Florida Bar, our structure, and the important work of voluntary bars as a voluntary bar alum myself. President-elect Greenlee joined me to discuss our experiences as involved bar members over the years. I loved connecting directly with all the attendees and hearing about the issues facing our voluntary bar members. Thank you for having me, Florida Voluntary Bars !

I am proud to take office today as the 78th president of The Florida Bar. I pledge to serve the over 116,000 Florida lawyers and focus on the issues confronting our justice system with integrity and humility.
