Meet Our Member Spotlight: Keith Grossman
Keith Grossman helps families navigate divorce, child custody, estate planning, and related family law matters with greater ease and dignity. He is a Collaborative Attorney, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Circuit Civil Mediator, and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. Keith helps his clients think beyond the courtroom, preserving both their finances and their relationships. In 2015, the Lee County Association of Family Law Professionals recognized this approach with the Hugh E. Starnes "Think Outside the Box" award for leadership and innovation in non adversarial practice.
Keith is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, a distinction held by fewer than 15% of attorneys, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University, teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution, Elder Law, and Comparative Criminal Justice, and regularly lectures and writes on conflict management and negotiation. He is the author of three books on the subject of releasing judgment and building peace, and blogs at PeaceShark.com.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Keith is a Past President of the Lee County Bar Association and currently serves as President of the Collaborative Professionals of Southwest Florida, alongside board roles with the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Association of Family Law Professionals.
