🎉Celebrating Trinity’s 25 Years at NPU! 🎉
Trinity started in Customer Care here at NPU as a teenager and has grown into an exceptional leader whose dedication, knowledge, and compassion have made a lasting impact on our company, our team, and the customers we serve.
We asked some of the people who work alongside her to share a few words about what Trinity means to them, and their heartfelt messages say it all.

"I could not and would not want to do my job without Trinity. She does the hard work of gathering the law changes, system data and operation, and the experiences of our users and synthesizes it all into a request for a change to the software. After the change is done, she does the also very hard job of testing it to make sure it performs as we all thought it’s supposed to. These are not easy things to do - and I so appreciate the effort she puts into this. She makes my job fun. That’s special."
