FL Supreme Court order of Sept. 10, 2026 (SC2026-1262), effective Oct. 1.: Florida's family law forms now carry a single designation: Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, effective October 1. Existing forms remain valid. Do not rely on the existence of a from for the premise that it's relief will be granted. For example, many judges will not accept a waiver of Financial Affdavits, despite what the Rule says.

I love it when parents put their children first and do the hard work of recovery and reconciliation. So proud of my client and the opposing party today. Full mediation agreement (Thank you Thomas Duggar!!) and a file that would have been an ugly hearing is closed by agreement.
