Waiting for mortgage rates to drop?

You might want to grab a snack 🍕 Maybe a chair 🪑 Possibly a hobby 🧶 BUT that doesn't mean you have to sit around waiting!

There are still opportunities in today's housing market, and the right strategy could make a bigger difference than waiting for the perfect interest rate.

Check out the October 2026 Real Estate Market Update at HumRealEstate.com/News to find out:

📈 What's going on with mortgage rates?
🏦 How do the actions of The Fed affect mortgage rates?
📊 Is there anything that can help determine where rates might go?
🏡 What can sellers and buyers do, considering today's market conditions?
