The first go around of this one being under contract was not an easy process. The buyer, once under contract, continually scheduled times to see it in person but never showed or canceled. It was just silence. On the day of closing, they ask for an extension which was granted. They never showed for the second closing and even forfeited their earnest money deposit.

In steps a local agent, Nancy Foley, with a new buyer. A few back-and-forth initial negotiations took place and we found a ground that made everyone happy. Just under a month later we were closing at Wakulla Title with ZERO issues. Thank you to everyone involved.

I began helping the Kime’s last year. They reached out when their first agent ghosted them after the first tours.

When they called me, they explained they wanted to purchase a home for their son while he’s at Florida State AND do the smart thing of renting a few of the rooms to friends to offset costs.
