Yesterday, Walsh & Walsh, PLLC was honored to participate in Law Day by visiting Oakland high school to speak with students about the Rule of Law in America and the importance of civic engagement.

Christopher Walsh had the privilege of presenting alongside fellow TPCBA New & Young Lawyer board members and Tacoma attorneys, Brenna Quinlan and Sydney Codd, engaging students in thoughtful discussion about the legal system and the role of the courts in our democracy.

Earlier this month, Christopher Walsh presented at the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) Insurance Law Seminar.

Christopher’s presentation, “Insurance Producer Malpractice in Washington: The ‘Order Taker’ Problem in Procuring Coverage,” focused on insurance producer liability in Washington and the real-world consequences policyholders face when adequate coverage is not properly procured.
