Redfin said $656,499.
We said $699,990.

It sold for $699,990. Full list price. Not a dollar less. 💪

Algorithms pull data. We read the market. And there is a $70,000 difference between the two. That is real money staying in our sellers pocket where it belongs.

If you are thinking about selling please do not let a computer tell you what your home is worth (and don’t let it tell your real estate agent either…yikes!). Pricing strategy is underrated and we have years of experience getting it right.
