Sitting in an ER waiting room for hours after a car accident isn't just exhausting—it can derail your entire legal claim.

If your injuries worsen while waiting to be seen, the insurance company will try to blame the hospital, and the hospital will point the finger back at you. Don’t get stuck in the middle while your medical bills pile up.

CONGRATS to NextLaw Trial Attorney Andrew Holcombe on his second consecutive "two word verdict" (NOT GUILTY) for our client this week!

Our client was charged with DUI even though their blood alcohol content (BAC) was well under the legal limit. Although it's never a good idea to drink and drive, it is only against the law if the BAC is over the legal limit of .08, or if the driver's ability to drive was impaired due to alcohol or drugs. In our case, our client was pulled over for equipment malfunction, not bad driving, and there was simply insufficient evidence of impairment.

We were unable to reach an agreement with the prosecutors in this case. Which means we go to trial. The jury was out for less than an hour before returning their verdict!

Way to fight for justice for our client AGAIN, Andrew!

Guess how many people are hit by cars on a daily basis in Washington? Far too many!

Pedestrians don't have metal bars, airbags, or bumpers to shield them:
🚫 7 fatal pedestrian crashes in Tacoma alone (2023)
🚫 154 deaths statewide
🚫 474 serious injuries

A split second of driver distraction can destroy a family's future. If you've been struck while walking, you deserve justice and full compensation.

Does bad weather cancel legal liability? Short answer: No. 🌧️🚫

When rain hits Washington roads:
• Stopping distances increase 📈
• Visibility decreases 📉
• Reaction times slow down ⏱️

Driving the speed limit isn't enough if conditions require you to slow down. If a careless driver hits you in the rain, they are still at fault.

Know your rights after a wet-weather crash.

Seattle spent millions to eliminate traffic deaths, but pedestrian fatalities are hitting record highs. 🛑

Lowering speed limits to 20 mph and adding confusing road diets hasn't fixed the core issue: poorly designed roads that force drivers into dangerous split-second decisions. When poor intersection design causes an accident, the city rarely takes responsibility unless held accountable.

If you or a loved one was injured in a "safe zone," contact Next Law today to find out what really happened and fight for the compensation you deserve.

Do you think lowering speed limits has actually made roads safer, or is it just creating more traffic frustration? Let us know in the comments below! 👇

Too late to sue after a car accident? 🚨

In Washington State, you have 3 years to file a personal injury claim—but waiting makes winning harder:

Lost Evidence: Video footage and dashcam files get overwritten.
Missing Witnesses: Memories fade, and people move away.
Insurance Advantage: Less evidence gives insurance companies the upper hand.

Don't wait until the clock runs out. DM me today to see how we can help!
