Rush, Hannula, Harkins & Kyler PLLC has filed three lawsuits on behalf of men who allege they were sexually abused as children by Paul Beattie, a former football coach and employee of Tumwater High School. We continue to seek information relevant to these cases.

The alleged abuse is reported to have occurred in the mid-1980s, when the plaintiffs were minors enrolled in the Tumwater School District.

We are seeking anyone with relevant knowledge from this period, including firsthand accounts, conversations regarding Mr. Beattie's conduct, or reports made to school officials that may not have been acted upon.
