To give encouragement to sellers, we just got into contract on this home in just 14 days! This is the second listing/home we've gotten into contract this past week. Homes are still selling. It is a great time for buyers and sellers to work together to make a win-win for everyone!! Have a fantastic weekend all!

August’s market data shows a varied picture across King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties. Median sale prices, days on market, new listings, and inventory levels each tell a slightly different story across these local markets.

Buyers continue to have options, with 3.4 to 4.5 months of inventory and homes averaging 41 to 54 days on market. Being prepared to act when the right property comes along remains important.

✨ JUST LISTED IN GATED SARATOGA ✨
📍 709 25th Ave NW | Gig Harbor

4 bedrooms + flexible 5th | 4.5 baths | 5,700+ sq. ft.

Some homes offer space. Others offer beautiful design. This European-inspired Saratoga residence delivers both—across three thoughtfully planned levels created for gathering, entertaining and retreating in complete comfort.

Beyond its tile roof, natural-stone façade and remarkable curb appeal, a soaring two-story foyer introduces solid-oak flooring, extensive architectural millwork and a collection of designer-curated lighting.

The kitchen is a work of art: custom inset cabinetry, upgraded quartz, a 9-by-4-foot island, hammered prep sink, full Thermador appliance suite, specialized storage and exquisite lighting. It opens naturally to casual dining and a fireside great room wrapped in greenbelt views.

The private primary retreat features a paneled statement wall, French doors to its own balcony and a spa bath with heated floors, an oversized dual-head shower and Jason MicroSilk® hydrotherapy tub.

A junior suite, two additional bedrooms, flexible upper-level loft and approximately 1,900-square-foot lower level offer exceptional versatility. Outside, nearly 1,200 square feet of decks and patios overlook terraced gardens, a level lawn and a private greenbelt.

From designer finishes to a newer furnace, hot-water tanks and whole-house water filtration, the thoughtful features/upgrades are far too numerous to list here.

Come experience it all for yourself. Message me to arrange a private showing.
