Hi, I’m Toni — and I’m coming to you live in this caption. 🐸

One year ago I started at TOAD 8 in the middle of a very complicated time in my life. I came in as a part-time scheduler and somewhere along the way I also became the one telling the story — running social media and finding my voice in this industry. 🎤📸

This year has been transformative.

Being surrounded by such empowering women who have also become mentors to me has meant more than I can put into words. As I grow as an independent notary, scheduling has shown me so many different sides of this world — real estate, estate planning, loan closings — and just how much goes into each one.

It has been eye-opening. And I am here for all of it.

What makes me most proud is being able to add light to people’s days. To help take the pressure off a stressful moment — whether that’s going through real estate documents or planning for the future. To share my light with signers, escrow officers, and loan officers who need our support.

I am one of the ones helping. And I have had quite the joy doing it this past year. 💚

Here’s to year two. 🥂

In June, Nicki from TOAD 8 represented us at the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber Happy Hour Business Expo — and it was an evening worth talking about.

Nicki represented the team well. She connected with incredible people and, of course, made sure to stop by the sweetest table in the room.
