Schools are entrusted with the safety of our children. When that trust is broken, survivors deserve answers, accountability, and justice.
Cochran Douglas was honored to represent two courageous survivors whose willingness to come forward helped expose serious failures and demand change. While no settlement can undo the harm they endured, we hope this result sends a clear message that institutions must take their responsibility to protect students seriously.
