The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals on May 18, 2026 in the case of Christian v. James ruled unconstitutional a New York statute which prohibited anyone with a concealed carry permit from carrying their firearm in any business or other private location unless they posted a notice allowing fi****ms to be carried on premises. The decision by a 2-1 majority affirmed New York's restriction to carry a firearm in a public park as a "sensitive location" with the dissent voting to also strike down that provision as violating the 2nd Amendment. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on March 5, 2026 that a ban on handgun magazines that hold more than 10 rounds is unconstitutional as a violation of the 2nd Amendment. The case, Benson v. US, was decided by a 2-1 decision, and a copy of the majority and dissenting opinions are here attached:

Wonder what this FBI raid will find in the search of all of the 520,000 ballots in Fulton County Georgia where Biden overwhelmingly beat Trump (supposedly) in 2020 in Georgia by only 12,000 votes?
