The Eagles Just Added 5 MPH to Her Swing 😂

Sometimes good coaching requires getting your student a little angry… 😂

Luckily, Kamryn is a Dallas Cowboys fan. All I had to do was mention the Philadelphia Eagles and suddenly we had some extra speed. 💣

But there’s an important lesson here: stop trying to HOLD your wrists forever.
For Kamryn, we want less lower-body action, the arms lowering, and then the clubhead releasing FAST through the ball.

Sometimes you have to let the clubhead GO. 🚀
