Good morning!! The Albahm family is still fighting for and have received NO funds to help pay funeral expenses from the state. There is roughly $2000 left to pay that the funeral home wants paid immediately.

Please help with whatever you are able to donate!!

considered himself a private journalist, and recorded this video of his arrest while conducting a 1st Amendment audit. (He maintained a YouTube page called Public Transparency with over 5k followers.. this video was made to clarify and expand his work.)

His mother noticed his original video disappeared from his page after his death. His phone was in the possession of the police as evidence.. after he was shot multiple times by multiple police agencies, (she signed over rights for them to access it “for their investigation.”) There is documentation that Judson was contesting what he considered an unlawful arrest (will post in comments) so his mom isn’t sure if he removed the video or if they did.

Onondaga County Sheriff's Office and DeWitt Police Department knew Judson prior to killing him. They knew he had a toy.. They knew he talked about su***de by cop.. They knew he was developmentally disabled and in distress, and that the CPEP Mobil Crisis Unit attempted no physical interventions first. So 🗣 WHY did protocol dictate that they hunt this boy down like an animal and take his life? Why don’t interventions for persons in crisis actually exist... prior to officer involvement? Why are we building a sports complex, and painting murals, before reopening and rebuilding the very broken mental health system in Onondaga County and the City of Syracuse ?? We need to do better.
