Apparently, everyone is living in a different year. 😂

Buyers want 2008 prices.
Sellers want 2021 prices.
And I’m still claiming to be only “29”. 💃😂

After many years in real estate, I can tell you this:

The market is always right.

Not Zillow.
Not your neighbor.
Not what your house sold for three years ago.
Not what you wish it was worth.

The market dictates the price!

The secret is knowing how to read it, price for it, negotiate it and sometimes outsmart it.
