Four years ago, I helped these dear friends and neighbors sell their home as they headed off to a new chapter. Today, I had the privilege of helping them put down roots here again. 🤍🏡

When they decided to return to Georgia, they trusted me once more—this time to help them secure a beautiful new construction home in Cu***ng, here in Forsyth County. To walk alongside friends through both a goodbye and a welcome home is one of the sweetest blessings of this work.

Looking at their beautiful new home, I’m reminded of how God weaves our stories together. His goodness shows up in new beginnings, lasting friendships, and the joy of finding our way back home.

Getting this home ready to sell was a journey—and today, we celebrated closing day!

As the listing agent, I met with my sellers to walk through the steps that would help their Westbrook home shine in the Cu***ng real estate market.

First came packing and moving, followed by an estate sale. Then we coordinated handymen for repairs, professional carpet cleaning and house cleaning. I staged the home, and my photography team captured professional photos and video to showcase everything it had to offer. ✨

In a buyer’s market, preparation, presentation, and strategic marketing all play a role. We worked together to position this Forsyth County home to compete when buyers had plenty of options.

When our first buyer changed their mind, we regrouped and kept moving forward. Then a sweet family came through and found the home they wanted to call theirs. ❤️

A home inspection can bring unexpected questions—and deciding how to handle repair requests takes more than comparing prices.

Should you complete the work before closing? Could a credit toward the buyer’s eligible closing costs be a practical option? How might either choice affect your timeline and proceeds?
