🚨 BIG NEWS
for Georgia homeowners 🚨

Something just happened at the Capitol that rarely happens…
SB 406 — the Georgia Property Owners’ Bill of Rights — passed BOTH the House and Senate (basically unanimously). 👏🏼

Let me translate what that actually means for YOU as a homeowner:

✨ More protection from HOA overreach
✨ HOAs now have to register with the state to even collect fines or fees
✨ You can’t just be hit with random fines → there’s now a process
✨ Disputes won’t automatically mean hiring attorneys and going to court
✨ Stricter rules around liens + foreclosure (aka harder for someone to take your home over small issues)

For years, I’ve heard and witnessed the stories…
Homeowners feeling stuck, frustrated, and honestly powerless in certain HOA situations.

This bill is a BIG step toward balance. ⚖️
Not anti-HOA… but pro-homeowner rights.
The fact that it passed with support on both sides tells you everything about how needed this was!

If signed into law, it would go into effect in 2027—so homeowners, real change is in sight!

🏡 Bottom line:
Owning a home in Georgia just got a little more protected… and a lot more transparent.
