A squatter who commandeered and rented out rooms in a woman's $1 million house in Queens, New York pleaded not guilty to a slew of charges Thursday about a month after the homeowner was arrested for trying to change the locks to oust the intruders.

On Feb. 29, Brian Rodriguez forced his way back into Adele Andaloro's home after she had changed the locks, pushing his way into the house as she tried to hold the door closed, according to the Queens District Attorney.

When he claimed that he was a legal tenant and Andaloro was trying to legally evict him, police had no choice but to remove Andaloro from the property – in New York, it's against the law to turn off the utilities, change the locks, and remove the belongings of someone who claims to be a tenant.

Brian Rodriguez, 35, faces a litany of charges after allegedly squatting in Adele Andaloro's Queens home. Andaloro was arrested earlier this year for changing the locks.

The company cited a study that found about 80% of Americans prefer outdoor BBQ gatherings when the weather is warm compared to going out, with the "delightful fizz" of cola being a perfect pairing to grilled foods, per a press release.

With that in mind, Pepsi partnered with Chef Bobby Flay to "make grilling better" with two new variations of the classic soft drink — Pepsi Peach and Pepsi Lime.

"To make cooking outdoors more delicious than ever, Pepsi tapped America's favorite grill master, culinary expert Bobby Flay, inviting customers nationwide to unapologetically indulge all summer long in an epic combination of fun, food, and ice-cold Pepsi," the brand wrote.
