Sometimes the dream changes—and a new one takes shape. ❤️

Our friends purchased this beautiful lot in Sunland last year with plans to build. When their plans changed, they found their next chapter in a move-in-ready Sunland home. We helped them make that move and prepare to sell their lot, making room for someone else’s dream to begin.

For the buyers, Sunland has been a favorite getaway for years, with close friends who own a home on River. After staying with us at our property, they decided it was time for their own piece of “Sunland Funland!” 🌅🫶

This property offered an opportunity to put down roots in a place they already loved.

With the Sunland and property documents prepared in advance, the buyers could explore the details as part of their feasibility process. Along the way, our role has been to guide both sides, answer questions, and help them move toward their goals.

This story started with a referral from Jen and Diane at Spartan Agency Property Management. Jen is a dear friend and longtime cheerleader for our team, making their trust extra special! 🫶

We coordinated with our seller and her tenant to prepare the home—from yardwork and staging to photography and an open house. Our seller priced competitively, hoping to create an opportunity for first-time buyers. 🔑

When a storm hit before the open house, Antonio came to the rescue with roof cleanup and yardwork! 🌿 The result? SIX offers! 🎉 Our seller was able to choose the offer that worked best for her, and we’re now officially PENDING!

🏡 17 Years, 30 Years & One BIG Piggyback Ride! 😂❤️

Chances are you’ve seen our real estate signs! For 17 years, little Soren riding on my back has been a familiar sight around town, even making appearances on our billboards for years! ❤️

Friends and forever clients have joked that now that Soren is grown up and selling houses with us, it’s HIS turn to carry MOM! 🤣

Well… we had to see what that would look like! 😂

The funny part? Soren isn’t ready to retire our old signs! He still loves seeing them on our listings, when he hosts our mega open houses and while showing homes.🥰
