Grass fed, grass finished meat from Kansas. Beef prices are skyrocketing. I try to find ways to eat well, but lower costs. Kansas beef is much cleaner and cheaper. The meat melts in the mouth. I add a spot of butter on some steaks just to infuse fat into my meat while cooking in the water bath. Filets have very little fat and fat = flavor!!

Big real estate news! President Trump is trying to push it through that there is now a 50-year mortgage! Remember that doesn't mean that it's going to take you 50 years to pay off your home what that does mean is that it is going to open the market up for a whole lot more buyers which means- more competition- and you know what happens when we have more competition for the homes that we have for sale! That's right the old supply and demand economic law goes into effect! What do you think about this new turn of events?
