My family has lived in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area since 1988 so I have personally witnessed the phenomenal growth that has occurred in Fort Bend County over the years. My 2024 Real Estate review! Every year keeps getting better and more challenging as time goes on. This year the whole landscape of real estate changed as so much was portrayed in the media. I remained fortunate to be able to work really hard for my clients. I helped 36 families/individuals buy/sell and lease real estate this year. 22 of these transactions were repeat and referral clients which is a huge honor to me and I appreciate that so much. My clients know they get me from start to finish and I take a lot of pride in my service to them. I love helping people get to their next chapter whether it is upsizing, downsizing, relocating and investing. I am truly appreciative of every person’s story and honored to be a part of their journey.

I also want to thank all of my partners in real estate from my brokers at RE/MAX Fine Properties- Nimesh Patel, Angie Middlebrooks and Chelsea Sullivan to my lender partner Greg Stubblefield at Fairway Independent Mortgage, my title partners at WFG Title and my photographers, stagers and contractors. Honored to be the number 2 individual agent at my brokerage. What does this really mean? In a world of fierce competition and tons of negative press on the media about Realtors, I just continue to put my head down and focus on the needs of my clients that I am blessed to have. It’s overcoming tons of obstacles like foundation issues, low appraisals, roof issues with insurance, AC problems, stucco repair, competing with multiple offers and yes that still happens and the list goes on and on. I’m happy to have the trust to work through all of these obstacles. But it’s also seeing parents be able to move in the same neighborhood as their grandchildren and first time home buyers start their life in anticipation of having a family. It’s someone buying their dream home and I get to be a part of that journey. It’s not easy to do this work, but I am lucky that I get to do it and to be successful at it. It’s my passion and I’m not sure that I could do anything else. Grateful for my clients, my family and the wonderful brokerage that I am a part of❤️
