Iranian American Lawyers Association - Los Angeles IALA is the first lawyers association of Iranian American attorneys in the U.S. IALA does not dispense legal advice. IALA is a LACBA affiliate bar association.

Mission Statement:
IALA is a non-political, non-religious, not-for-profit, Professional Organization, comprised of qualified Legal Professionals in
good standing, which seeks to empower its members and foster awareness in the community by:
(1) hosting networking events, (2) preserving, protecting and maintaining the integrity of the legal profession (3) educating members, the legal community and the public, and (4) conducting public service events for the benefit of the community at large.

A community health, education, and recreation resource of California Hospital Medical Center (CHMC), a non-profit hospital that has served Los Angeles since 1887.

Hope Street’s mission is to educate children, strengthen families, and transform the community.

In Loving Memory of Mr. Patrick Pardis Ashouris: IALA sends their deepest condolences to his family and friends. Mr. Ashouris was a beloved past president in 2004/2006, whose life commitment was to give back to both the Iranian and legal community.

The funeral services for Pardis Ashouri will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020. Due to COVID-19, the mortuary has a limited capacity of attendees; however, the people who would like to participate in the services, there will be live streaming funeral services from 10:15 am through 12:00 pm via Zoom at this link: http://bit.ly/pashouri
