I do this every now and again, but it’s always a challenge to introduce myself for the first time to those of you who are new around here, while still sharing something unfamiliar with those who’ve known me a while. Funny thing about me, though, is that I’m always up for a challenge! So, hi! I’m Rebecca, but some of you know me as Becki. I’m an Entrepreneurs, but as a kid, I always thought I’d grow up to be Doctor. I’m passionate about what I do because I help families, and I never take for granted that this is the best way to live my life. A perfect day for me always includes a smile from a satisfied client. I can’t go more than a few hours without Archery. Yes you see, for the last 18 years, I have had a passion for traditional archery and love shooting my bow. If I were confined to eating a single item of food for the rest of my life, it would be Mangos. My jam right now is Bruno Mars, and the last movie I saw in the theatre was Star Wars. Nice to meet ya! Hopefully you learned something new about me. Now who are YOU?

The housing market should see a bounce back in activity in the coming months if the sentiment can maintain its upward momentum. The improvement, however, will likely be gradual as tight housing supply remains the norm in 2024….California Association of Realtors

Interest Rates are up and Prices are up! We have to pay attention...

"The classic response to inflation is to select one of three unattractive options. Managers can upset their customers by raising prices, upset their investors by cutting margins, or upset practically everyone by cutting corners in order to cut costs. Faced with this trilemma, most managers ultimately resort to raising their prices, then look for clever ways to mitigate the subsequent drama."

Companies tend to deal with inflation by raising prices, accepting smaller margins, or reducing product costs (and often quality).
