He attended Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2004. Todd spent the next year gaining valuable experience working for a successful law firm in Boston. In 2005 Todd returned to Florida to attend Florida State College of Law. Todd was accepted onto the mock trial team and proved to be an immediate success by winning the annual FSU Moc
k Trial Competition. Todd continued to excel competing throughout Florida and parts of the United States as a Mock Trial team member. After graduating from FSU College of Law in 2008 Todd was admitted to the Florida Bar and began practicing law as a prosecutor for the 19th Judicial Circuit in St Lucie and Martin Counties. He prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from Misdemeanors to 1st Degree Felonies. During his 4 years as a prosecutor he successfully argued over 30 motions to suppress, wrote appellate responses and argued numerous post-conviction relief motions. Todd, never afraid to take a case to trial, tied a previous office record for most Felony trials in the shortest period of time when he tried 6 trials in 15 days. That record still stands to this day. In addition to his trial skills Todd was also known for his knowledge of DUI Law. He dedicated much of his time to learning the details of DUI law through research and attendance at advanced DUI seminars. Because of his vast knowledge of DUI law and his successful prosecution of even the toughest DUI cases Todd was awarded the Mother's Against Drunk Driving Outstanding Prosecutor Award in 2010. Todd has returned to Stuart, FL with his own law firm dedicated to helping people in the areas criminal defense, personal injury and family law. He now uses his experience to protect the rights of those in his community. Todd has represented clients in Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach Counties.
