Reposting from COL Graham’s email. “I wanted you to know that as I belong to a number of wonderful "groups", that I include reps from those groups when I'm trying to share pertinent information. So for example,
we're all responsible for always trying to improve our advocacy efforts at either state or federal levels and like me, often belong to a variety of groups. Often I get opportunities in my inbox to contact
legislators re: important issues that a number of my "groups" also support.

If you are a MOAA member, please make sure that you are able to log into MOAA.ORG. so that you can receive the MOAA newsletters which always have much Advocacy information and opportunities to respond to your legislators.. If you need support in logging on, please feel free to call the MOAA Member service center 800-234 6622. Please also know that often a variety of veterans related organizations that belong to THE MILITARY COALITION will send out a similar request for advocacy support to their chapter members.

For your information. Many organizations are engaged in working to measure their advocacy efforts. Developing metrics often becomes a most important part of measuring organizational effectiveness. So I'm not saying that we need to do this or that...but please know that we'll be exploring different ways to capture information that can make a difference..
