A secret, hidden room? WHAT?!

I’ll be honest… the only book I really remember reading growing up was a Charlie Brown book, so I’ve never exactly considered myself a “bookstore person.” 😂📚

BUT… a friend recommended 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 & 𝐘𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲 on Main Street in Woodstock, so I decided to take my granddaughter Zoie. And WOW… we were both impressed!

Zoie had the BEST time! ❤️ Luckily, she likes to read more than me!

One of the coolest surprises is a secret little play nook for kids—and the entrance is hidden through an old wardrobe! 😲🚪✨No joke, it looks like a piece of furniture and you have to open it to get to the secret room for kids.

Of course, I had never heard of it, but it mimics 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐚, and Zoie thought it was awesome!

If you’re in Woodstock, definitely check this place out. Whether you’re a book lover, have kids, or just want to discover something a little different, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

And yes… even this non-bookstore guy had a great time! 😂

Every once in a while, you meet clients who become so much more than just clients. ❤️🏡

I first met Camran and Mimi at an open house I was holding in Lake Frederick. They ended up purchasing that home. Last November, they listed their Luray property with another Realtor, but unfortunately, it didn’t sell. I was blessed to get the opportunity to take over the listing in May, we staged the vacant house with decor, and 3 months later… SOLD! 🎉🔑

And these new owners didn’t even have to wait until closing to move their items in since they were selling their home in North Carolina. We were able to work out a pre-occupancy agreement, so they got to start enjoying their new home even earlier!

My sellers are excited, I’m excited, and honestly, I’m just really glad I got the opportunity to help them out again. And to top it off, they’ve already referred me to another client! 🙌

So keep your eyes open… another Luray property will be hitting the market soon! 👀🏡

These two are officially homeowners in Edinburg! 🔑🎉

I absolutely love seeing the excitement on their faces knowing they’re about to start a whole new chapter together. This house is going to be the place for birthdays, holidays, family get-togethers, lazy Sundays, and a whole lot of memories.
