Another huge win for a truly deserving client! 🙌🏾

After a hard-fought battle spanning more than five years for this premise liability case, we refused to let an initial denial define the outcome. We filed suit, successfully defeated the defense’s Motion for Summary Judgment in Federal Court, and ultimately reached a favorable resolution through mediation—allowing our client to finally put this chapter behind her.

Justice delayed is not justice denied. Proud to serve our clients with compassion, integrity, and perseverance every step of the way.

Taking time to recharge is just as important as putting in the work.

Recently had the opportunity to go to Stuttgart, Germany for the Boss Open, where I got to cheer on Frances Tiafoe and enjoy my favorite sport. 🎾

A rain delay gave me the perfect opportunity to jump back in and get some work done on behalf of our clients.

The tennis may have been on hold, but the mission never is.

Don’t let Atlanta fool you.

Representation may look “slightly”different here, but in the legal field, the room is still small.

Black lawyers make up only 4.1% of the profession, and brown lawyers make up only 2.5%.

And when you narrow that down to Black women in personal injury, the room gets even smaller.

That is why visibility matters.
That is why representation matters.

Attorney Sadler is an Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School alum with a strong background in personal injury and client advocacy. Before becoming an attorney, she built a strong foundation working with clients through various stages of the legal process, developing the skills and perspective needed to serve them effectively.

Her passion for helping others extends beyond the legal field. Through her service in the United States Army, community involvement, volunteer work, and leadership, Yakira has consistently shown a heart for service and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.
