This was a unanimous decision from the Appellate Court. Now we go through the process to get Dana released. The first trial lasted nine months. We won all the counts that they allowed us to introduce all the evidence. These remaining counts that he was convicted were infected with error. We knew it would not stand. We never stopped fighting!

Dana Stubblefield is on his way to being a free man -- his r**e conviction was overturned last week -- and according to the former NFL star's attorneys, his first order of business when he gets out will be a bunch of family time.
