Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Nicole began practicing law in 2005 after graduating from the University of Missouri- Columbia School of Law. She co-founded Springfield Law Group and worked as an associate attorney for Smith, Montgomery and Associates and RGG Law. She is licensed to practice in Missouri Federal and State courts, and has been a municipal prosecutor, a city attorney and a
Guardian ad Litem for Missouri’s 28th Circuit Court. Barrett has helped many clients navigate personal and business bankruptcy law and has a background in business. She organized and managed a trucking company with over twenty employees. Her company owned and leased twenty-five large commercial trucks and held multiple contracts with the Federal government. Her areas of practice include Bankruptcy, Domestic/Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Municipal Law and Traffic cases.
