Steve Herum has been named a 2025 Northern California Super Lawyer by the prestigious Law & Politics Magazine. This selection was made after Law & Politics surveyed approximately 47,000 lawyers in Northern California and represents a compilation of the top five percent of lawyers. Herum was first selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2004. Steve is one of the few attorneys who has been recognized in three areas: Land Use, Real Estate and Environmental. Previously the California State Bar Association’s California Lawyer Magazine named Steve Land Use Lawyer of the Year. It is the only time that a Central Valley attorney received this statewide recognition.

Interesting article regarding Steve Herum's recent work for Delicato Winery, the fifth largest winery in the United States.

Steve Herum — a real estate attorney who has represented developers that have built close to half the homes in Manteca — had a warning for the City Council Tuesday. The general plan they adopted, in his own words, means Manteca “is going to be a mini Stockton — without the port.”

Herum\Crabtree\Suntag is delighted to announce that Joshua Stevens has been named a partner of the firm. Josh practices primarily in litigation, with an emphasis on defense of public entities, particularly in civil rights matters.

Josh obtained his undergraduate degree in 2002 from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and his law degree in 2005 from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He has been a member of the California Bar since 2005.
